The Alan Hu Foundation board members are dedicated volunteers and there are no paid-positions. The Hu Family will cover any miscellaneous administration costs. One hundred percent of your donations will be used towards fulfilling our mission.
How your donations will support our goals:
- promote mental health with outreach including lectures, assemblies and participation in community activities
- raise awareness by sponsoring healthy activities such as concerts, walks and workshops
- remove the stigma surrounding psychiatric disorders by discussing the issue and supporting agencies who offer help and hope
- support fundamental research for cures by contributing to these causes
- fund scholarships for students who plan to study psychology or psychiatry
